The Customer is a prominent US-based consulting firm that provides comprehensive solutions and industry-leading training services to managed service providers (MSPs).
Challenge
The Customer was experiencing slow and unstable performance with their existing application for offering MSP training services. Additionally, they identified the need for a more user-friendly interface to enhance the overall user experience (UX). As a result, the Customer sought to renew their web application UX design and sought out a reliable partner to develop a new web application based on the existing one. After evaluating several web application developers, they chose Spyrbick as their trusted partner to execute this project. The goal was to modify the application’s UX design, extend its functionality, and enable seamless communication with customers while maintaining all the existing information. Solution

To begin, we integrated the Azure Services platform, allowing the application to operate in the cloud and benefit from cloud-based capabilities. Our team then conducted a thorough review of the user interface (UI) and UX design, revamping several application screens. We also incorporated AJAX technology, enabling users to retrieve data from the server without reloading pages. In addition, Spybrick performed automated testing of the web application to ensure its quality and reliability. We executed API integration testing and load testing, further validating the application’s performance and stability.
